Project description: Simulation game for mobile platforms with 3D realistic art. Our project involve development from scratch, with involvement of whole team into the creative process.

What we expect from you:
• 2+ years of experience in developing games on Unity3D;
• Strong knowledge of C# and OOP programming skills;
• Technical knowledge of game development with 3D graphics;
• Mobile development experience – iOS and Android;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills – must be a team player.

As a plus:
• A game in the App Store or Google Play;
• Intermediate+ English level.

As a Game Designer, you’ll be the centre of creativity at the heart of producing a new games for mobile platforms.

Game Designer work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes games developers, 2D/3D artists, animators and quality assurance testers.

Responsibilities:
• Act as lead designer for the projects;
• Create a project according to the project vision;
• Design game / monetization / social mechanics;
• Balance game mechanics / monetization;
• Manage the team.

Required qualifications:
• Profound mobile gaming experience;
• Excellent documentation skills to keep traceability and accountability during projects;
• Understanding of game mechanics, monetization and balancing;
• Knowledge and deep analysis of trending games;
• Good writing skills;
• Expert knowledge of mobile F2P market;
• Upper Intermediate English level.
